Caldmoreaccord is a community-based, not-for-profit housing organisation that manages over 7,200 affordable homes and also provides a diverse range of care and support services across the Midlands.
Changes to benefits
From April, if you claim Housing Benefit and live in a home that is judged to have a ‘spare’ bedroom, your Housing Benefit will be reduced.
This is part of changes that the Government is making to benefits.
Repairs
Making sure our homes are in a good state of repair is one of our main priorities. If something goes wrong, we make putting it right easy with a number of ways to get repairs arranged quickly.
